Your refusal to honor my pc loaded with Windows 7 forced me, after all these years, to use a borrowed machine to care for my taxes. No thanks H&R. You failed me! Next year I will look for something better than H&R.
Cons: Time consuming

For the most part the software was easy to use, did require some trial and error to complete my return.
Was disappointed that the Schwab interface did not recognize the Brokerage Composite 1099, i had to manually enter the information. I entered as two groups (short term & long term), not sure if that was ok, tax review showed no errors.

Overall was very good. What I found a little hazy were additions and subtractions from Federal to the state. It would be great if it could be made clear what additions and subtractions had already been made automatically by the s/w when that point on the state return is reached.
