Don't waste your money

I thought I had e-filed three different times. Your messages seemed to indicate that I had. When my return was not there after 3 weeks, I went back into the file and checked e-file status. I got the message you have not filed. I followed all the step and submitted the file. I went back this evening and got the message I had not filed. I walked through everything again and tried to file and looked to have succeeded, but when I checked the status, I was told I had not filed. After following some unclear directions, it took another 3 tries to finally get the message that I was filed. It should not be this difficult. When I get the message all is good and click e-file submit, it should file and if there is a problem, it should be clear that the filing was not done - not wait a few days to see if it worked.

Works great. There was a problem with the PA state uninstalling in 2024 and 2025 programs for unknown reason. Needed assistant to download.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this software for about ten years. I am very satisfied with the product. I love the step by step guide.

Pretty easy to use. First time I tried e-file and it went relatively smooth. Only problem had to go back and add 1099 vendor tins.

A basic return. This the last of decades of returns filed through H&R. Totally satisfied as for every year.

There are a bunch of glitches with accuracy reviews, requesting irrelevant data on forms not needed, ex: heating credit form although i previously checked “no” when asked to pursue that deduction as i wasnt qualifying.. This has been an ongoing issue for the last few years.

Issues with state

Had to make a correction on the state return then tried to file it there was a problem and asked for me to buy another state!! I had used TurboTax with the previous eight years without a problem and then I decided to try your guys tax product and this is what I got!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The steps were easy to follow with helpful explanations. The only confusing part was the save file process where I ended up saving two different tax files.
