One of the forms for residential energy credit has a software glitch. I found getting help on that form a little difficult I was not happy with the issue The form was telling me 2600 not 2000 which is the credit amt The third person was the most helpful.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I finished the taxes that I could, but had to wait 3 weeks to send in. Every time I tried to finish I kept getting that I had to keep waiting for a new update. This had to do with a form 5329 about minimum distribution.

Pretty good for the price. Not very user friendly

Very comprehensive downloadable software. Price was right for Deluxe that does the same thing as online Premier version. I have to say the online version is more user friendly. Going "back" involves going back to the top tab instead of one step. I'll be using the online version next year or changing software providers.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
