Is advertised as being easy To find the answers to questions, however it was difficult and impossible in most cases to get an actual answer from anything in the software. The AI assistant was worth worthless for any of the questions I had.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this for many years. It seems however that every week they post new updates which is concerning when you have already filed your taxes in March.

H & R Block tax programs hav been helping us with our taxes for many years. It's become better year after year and we feel very comfortable with the accuracy. Sorry to say, but visiting one of their offices last year for some help on a different tax matter was very disappointing.
