I normally would have rated it higher, but the system asked me to enter my activation code 2 time ( I have 5 free federal filings). Now I have 2 pending charges for the state filing . My mom has used this program for years, and this is the first time this has happened.
Pros: Easy to prepare

It works fine if you know something about taxes, but if you don't, there are check marks you could miss. Needs more q and a and less "check this" also, for the price should get 1 free state tax submission.

Every previous year, the downloaded program was capable of opening my former year's saved return and populate that data ready to make edits. For some reason this year I had to manually enter bank and investment data.
