I bought my deluxe HR Block software last month. I also do the kids taxes for them. It doesn't take special skills to do them. I have Etrade and others that I import the info.
You need to use the same software year to year. My experience with Block started in th 90's. I'll use them again next year.

This is the second time I have used H+R software, it is not as user friendly as Turbotax, there are no return emails or call backs with questions.
The only reason I have used it this year is because it supports Windows 10.

To much hassle and not sufficient clarity. Program works but it not very professional. Try Turbo Tax to understand. I also love having a DISC not a crap download. Your choice.
