I have used this software for at least 15 years, I had an error on state that was corrected by the state of Oregon in my favor. This is the second time this has happened, not sure why. I may us different software next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Great User friendly software!

In the past I have used Turbo Tax. However, this year because Turbo Tax no longer supports previous versions of OS I switched to H & R Block. Although I manually calculate my taxes I found a few sections a bit confusing simply because I misread some of the instructions. Otherwise, the software is great, guidance is supportive and the price was perfect. Therefore, I plan to order it again next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
