Great time saver, especially for the State. Considerable amount of information carried over from the Federal return which made it easy to get to the finish line for the State. Filing both Fed and State at the same time went seamlessly with acceptance notification for Fed within 5 minutes and the State in less than 24 hours.

I have used the H&R Block tax software for a number of years and do appreciate the ease of use. The one thing that always irritates me is the additional charge for e-filing the state return. That process cannot be as costly as the charge and should be included with the state tax return as it is with the federal return.

I have a relatively simple tax situation but the software makes it easy and checks everything. If you can follow simple directions, it will do your taxes well. E filing is good too. Just wish it was able to download info from my primary financial institution , NFCU, but it still can't after many years.

RMD's, the software should be smart and see I'm 65 years old and don't ask about them until I have to take a distribution.

I have been using this program for many years. It is easy to use. I have never been audited, so I guess it has done a good job. You still need to make sure you haven’t missed any forms that you need to enter and check your totals for any keying errors.
