Simple and easy to use but honestly Turbotax was easier to use. Main problem was every time I restarted the problem it showed the previous filled items were blank though I could still bring up the last page I worked on and continue the form. Just kind of nerve racking at first as I thought I would have to start all over again. Other than that the form was still pretty simple to use.

Buggy software, would crash and give me no explanation or hint on to what was causing it. Couldn't use their import tool to easily import documents. This is what caused it to crash when I was trying to file my completed tax return forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Using tax software is the way to go. Our taxes are not overly complicated, and I've always done them myself. H&R Block lays everything out in an orderly fashion and allows for ignoring most of what isn't needed and expanding on what is. The only real issue I have is the size of the text. It is very small and there seems no way to enlarge it. There really needs to be some sort of simple zoom command.
