Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with the 1099 Q. When I asked my questions through the AI system, it was no help at all. I felt I had no one to help with my issues.

I really like the program and I trust it more than Intuit's Turbo Tax. I would have given a higher rating except for one big issue. It would be nice if the program made it known that the IRS will not send a paper check and requires bank information for a direct deposit. Having to create an IRS account so the information could be added was completely unnecessary.

As every year, it had an easy set up since it retained our 2024 information. We were glad to see it ran on Windows 10 since we have an older computer. Some areas seemed streamlined like RMDs. Being able to e-file was easy and saved a lot of printing, paper and postage.
