I've used HRB for years but this year was disappointed. I was ready to file by end of Jan. but had to wait a month until 2/27 for final version of forms before I was allowed. However, good news is that I received my refund in only 6 days.

I completed all the questions, but it never took me to the accuracy check or the filing page, just kept gong around in a big circle. Otherwise fine.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I bought this product about a month ago. Now, there was a glitch on the program that did not permit to send the tax refund online, so I printed and sent it by mail. Every time I submitted the doc. online it kept saying that went thru and was pending and couple minutes later receive a msg that was rejected. Not only that, prior during the recap check that the system does, kept receiving an erroneous msg that the the state address in my case South Carolina (SC), most be two letters not symbols. ALL documents were recheck and there were no symbols or numbers. It was frustrating, myself my spouse my Daughter went thru the whole paperwork probably twice and the system kept rejecting the submission, until I printed and send it my mail.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using your software for over 10 years. I am mostly satisfied however you still can't print the return without having to use the workaround. I have to close the software, then delete my printer, then save my file as a PDF, then add the printer back, then print my return. It's been this way since the last 4-5 years it should be fixed by now.
