System kept charging me for state filling on my credit card but did file my state return because it said an update needed to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found the final part of the program was improved over last year. The part where you print a paper copy and upload to the IRS with your banking info.

Good package with a few missing forms

I bought this to replace TurboTax and it worked pretty well except for the fact that I could not import my Investment Income because Wells Fargo was not available. Also, it said I could do my Arizona state return, but this did not include 2 Arizona forms (340 and 352) that I needed but the software didn't provide even though the interview asked for the data. I had to download them and fill them out myself. I'm glad I checked or I would have sent an incomplete return. Please correct if I am to use again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Enjoyed using the software but had a major problem getting it to get updates. It ended up that there is an issues using Verizon wireless networks and being able to get updates. I had to disable IPV6 to get it to work

There were two items that I had to search for because the software didn’t ask important questions.
1. In the federal software: software knew I was over 73 and with my entry that I took money out of my IRA, it should have asked if any of it was a Qualified Charitable Distribution. I had to search for it.
2. Virginia State software: I had to search for where to claim where to reduce my income based on military retirement pay.

I have used your product for many years, and never had a problem. This year, I had to manually enter all of my financial information from Merrill Lynch instead of being able to import it. No explanations as to why...just 'enter manually'. The import is one of the most important parts of any tax software. Because of this I will not be using your service in the future.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
