I have been using HR Block software for years with ease. But this year I had some issues with entering my RMD amount. Didn’t understand some terms and reached out to the AI and to Help without much success. I printed out the forms and manually figured out what my tax should be and did trial and error with the entries until I could get the tax number I needed.

For some reason the IRS didn’t recognize the amount in line 11 from my 2024 taxes. The amount was correct but it was rejected four times. My fifth submission was finally accepted since I entered 0 on line 11. Might want to address this issue I. Next years program! Never had this problem in past years.
