Does Not Properly Support PDF Files

It is a good program for doing your taxes. It has a strange issue with supporting PDF files (I have Adobe) and wants you to download the PDF995 application to save a PDF file. That is broken.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Switched from Turbotax last year, never regretted it. However, the H&R block software could be a lot more user friendly. It seems counter intuitive at times. The error I received was confusing, and didn't just bring me to the field there was an issue with.

Good program for general tax return preparation

I have been using the software for many years but there are certain tax issues that are not well explained or noted in the software. I had to research on line to get my answers. The software includes many more fillable tax forms than the ones they direct you to. Needs better explanation of "did this happen during the year"
