It may just be that I am becoming more familiar with the product (this is my second year using it) but I found it straightforward and easy to use. I did have to call your help line but my call was answered quickly and my question answered immediately. Good product!

I use this every year, and have been really pleased with it. This year after an update, the program appeared to have a little glitch. After clicking the "continue" button at the bottom of each screen, the program would take be back to the screen prior instead of moving forward. I hope they fix this in the next update. Otherwise, everything is great.

I want more options for printing. Right now I waste paper and ink on work sheets and forms with nothing on them but zeros. I want to print out only what I want to print out! I should be able to print out sheets 1 and 2 and not all 7 pages. Improve my printout options would n make your software muck better

The tax return functionality was alright, as usual (with the usual incomprehensible questions and wordings in the interview, and the interview leaving you on your own on everything that is not obvious, in particular on state returns). Not OK was that it was impossible to update the state version (CA) after initial install - because the state version UPDATE has higher minimum system requirements than the original instal. It took several hours on the phone to get me the link for a new installer
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
