I've been using your product for filing my taxes for several years now. I appreciate how user friendly it is. This year was a little annoying because I had to postpone actually filing while I waited 3 weeks for an update. But I figured it was the IRS that was the roadblock. It made no difference in my taxes, just my ego. I was trying to finally submit my taxes before March. I usually procrastinate. But they're done, filed and accepted by both federal and state. So I have zero complaints.

good software the step by step can be easier to follow. State return usually has a different taxable amount if you have a retirement accout at work nj state does not deduct for this kept getting a message
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I useed Block tax cut for several years and it is good stuff. BUT the company makews it very difficult to contact a human to solve a problem so I ssweated through hours opf attempting too submit my fed & state for e-file when THEIR CODE DID NOT WORK. A very nice lady resolved it by sending me a new wrorking code but only after my searching for athee lway to reach her for a long ttime;

Extremely disappointed that there is no Merrill Lynch integration this year (2025 tax year). In lieu of their cooperation, you need to disclose who you have partnered with for uploading 1099s. Additionally, you really should enable uploading PDFs for 1099s. Expecting us to happily do a ton of manual data
