Too Expensive

I have been using this software forever. All the money that is being charged for the deluxe which includes one state (that increases every year)- One e-file should be included for the one state. I will look for another option in the future

FOUND E FILING STRANGE. AFTER THINKING THAT I HAD COMPLETED IT SAID I MUST UPDATE TO E-FILE. I UPDATED AND HAD TO REPEAT THE PROCESS. ALSO I WAS NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER DESIRED FILES FROM TURBOTAX. IT ONLY LISTED SOME OF THE TURBOTAX FILES. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM. HAVING TO ADJUST TO A NEW PROGRAM WAS ALREADY TOUGH.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using your software for years. Had issue this year do to poor explanation of were to put the number Irs send to some people, Ip something, I had to go on line to google to find out were to put the number, Since I had to go back to put it in after I had printed. The irs turn down e file. I then had to go to one of your office for help it took them over 30 n=minutes to find it. Thanks to them but I thin your software should make it easy to find when you are filing out data not and then how to correct.
