I bought it for an early start and filing.. At one point it told me, I could not continue because I didn't have a form and to update in a few days to receive the form. After a week I got it. DELUXE does not mean COMPLETE.
After entering my 401K RMD off of my 1099 it told me I'd have to pay a $2,5xx penalty for not taking enough RMD. That differed from my Broker Charles Schwab who claimed I DID take my minimum RMD. .. I had to manually enter the same info into the form directly and POOF- the 25% RMD Penalty disappeared. Charles Schwab saved me $2500+ tax penalty not H&R Block...

This years version was much more expensive than the previous couple of years. It is a little easier to use.

Can't explain it, but it seemed to be changed somewhat in formant and I struggled,,hoping I would take advantage of not having to pay taxes on my social security income since I am 92 years old. But I guess that was no fault of your system, just the fact that my income did not fit the proper elimination category. Other than that, I was certainly glad that I could let you doo all the work and I merely had to make the entries.
