Disappointed in connectivity to external Financial

Connectivity to popular financial sites like Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, ETrade, Shareworks was terrible. I complained about this last year and year before as well. I will say that getting the program to do stock trades and such is one of the main reasons I purchased this. May look at TurboTax next year Otherwise pretty straight forward.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Here's opportunities for improvement:
1. Find a way to be able to enlarge the text in the application. It's so small it's unreadable and I can't see how older people can use this at all.
2. Make state filings free. States don't charge for this so why do you?
3. Look into why I was able to exclude my pension income last year on my Michigan state taxes in your software but state of Michigan came back and said the exclusion was not valid. Luckily they did not charge us they just changed our return amount.

The problem is with the Illinois Stte return in the fact that it cannot be submited electronically because your system does not process the form IL 1299-C. This has beem a problem for acouple of years and I have been told it would be fixed. I filed my IL taxes by paper again this year and please recommend a software program which handles it electronically.
