Nothing but Problems!

I've used this software for at least ten years and this year have no end of problems with it. First, it did not import all of last year's data. I had to retype the information for all accounts that got a form 1099. Second, the premium version included a free state filing. When I finished the Federal Return and went to do the State the only option on the screen was the paid one. I paid for something I didn't get. Finally, I tried to file the federal return electronically and it was rejected even though I used the code that was given in the program. I don't know where they went off the road this year but they had better fix it.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is functioning well and delivers a better value relative to its competitors. It’s recommend that the software builds-in a better way to deal with the not informally issued IP PIN in a systematic fashion.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
