4 stars but I would have given 4-1/2 stars if thapt were possible. My only complaint was poor wording on the question about my required minimum disribution for retirement, versus my actual contribution. Thise actually matched thus no problem, but the wording made this impossible to enter. Thus apparent bug evidently was fixed with a last minute program change.

I liked the ease of importing information from investments. I didn't like having to wait to file because of an update that wasn't ready. I wish there were more explanations in plain language about many topics.

You finally came through

Your program was not ready for two parts of my return as of mid-February. The message I got from your system was: check for upgrade. Well, I checked more than once and it was a pointless exercise in frustration. In order to keep my peace of mind, I simply put it on the shelf for almost three weeks and then returned to it today and your program or system was finally ready to do its work and so I was able to submit my return. I kept my peace of mind by dealing with these defects in your system defensively. I was on the verge of switching over to TurboTax. In answer to the questions below: easy to prepare -- up to a point, as stated above. fast? up to that point, but ran into a road block at that point, and it wasn't fast at that point at all; my wait of three weeks to maintain my peace of mind undid "fast". Easy to prepare until i got to this infinite do-loop. Maximizes refund, I think. Time consuming? Not until I ran into your road block. Easy to import documents.
