Easy to use. One form I needed was not downloaded until Feb21. I do not know how it took so long. Never could get the AI help tool to work. Did use support using regular help. Did not take too long, very nice and helpful agent, but I still had to wait for the form to be downloaded. I person ally feel this product is superior to Turbotax

It is very good at figuring out my taxes. It is very difficult to confirm and check off each transaction in my stocks. At the end, it does not automatically take you to all of the things you need to do to submit to the IRS as in my tax pin ID. I had to figure that out on my own. Oh one more thing, my Virginia Retirement System and my wifes New York life Retirement would not automatically download the 1099s for us. We had to do both manual and then had trouble getting the forms to accept it.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
