I might think on switching tax prepares next year

I attempted to ask AI help thing on H and R block and only a couple it actually answered the questions I had. I needed a real person to help answer basic questions!
Also after I put in my credit card information it said I have to do an update before filing. It still charged my credit card. The update should be done BEFORE you enter your credit card information.

Would not recognize Unqualified dividend amount!

Data entry into the software was ok. But it has an error in the Dividend form. I had No Unqualified dividends only Qualified dividends. The software would not let me file the return until I had entered the same amount of Unqualified dividends as Qualified dividends. So now my reported income is inflated by the required Unqualified dividend amount.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used this product for many years with no problems. This year was fine though I did find one small problem with the 1099-Div form. I was able to work around the problem but was amazed that even wandering around the Tax Cut site, I was unable to find a phone number to report the problem. If you think A-eye was of any help, forget it. Would recommend this product as a good way to get through the tax filing process.

very unhappy, I have been a customer for a few years but not going forward. Did not do well on my state taxes. And I spent 40 minutes with the rep and they couldn't help. I bought 4 HR Deluxe plus state. HR doesn't want to honor it.
