update page doesn’t connect

I’ve used Block for 15 years. The update page isn’t working correctly. I get cannot connect. I was able to download updates. I made sure my firewall was open. I installed with admin privileges. Disappointing that a basic feature doesn’t operate as it has previously.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product was mostly helpful until filing. I completed my federal and state taxes on February 3rd, but had to wait until February 27th to file due to forms that needed to be updated. And those forms were very standard milage forms.
