I purchased the deluxe plus state and found it to be terrible with print too small for me to read and no apparent way to enlarge to full screen that I was able to find, Download of the "free " State was less than friendly, The program kept asking me to "buy" the State? Program also said that State Taxes could be paid with a credit card but that option was not available and I had to use a debit card. Looks like I have to go back to TurboTax.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
