Works as advertised. That said, it is sometimes clunky to go to a specific entry to confirm, update, etc. Navigation appears to be built upon the premise "we will lead you through, and you shall follow...."

New AI feature

I've used H&R Block software for at least a decade and am quite satisfied with it. This year they added AI Tax Assist. I found it to be very usefull. I could ask a question and get a good usefull answer without having to talk to a person. You know how you want an answer to a question, but you don't know how to ask it, and you want to talk to a human who can read between the lines and help you figure out what you are trying to ask? Well, the AI assist worked great for this kind of scenario.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
