After filling out my tax forms using the interview process my federal tax was rejected. The interview process asked questions that did not get propagated correctly to the tax form. The interview process asked about house owner and who did the work for the energy credit that did not propagate to form 5695 correctly which caused the federal tax statement to be rejected. I had to go to the form and change the answers manually to get the return to be accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Good alternative to TurboTax for Windows 10 users.

I have used TurboTax for many years. I bought your HRBlock software because TurboTax no longer supports Windows 10 PCs. I found it not as flexible to use. The interview process is rigid and doesn't allow entries directly on forms. Stil, it got the job done.

I’ve been using H &R for over 10 years. Does a nice job but could be better. Research and explanation’s can be difficult. I find myself going to the IRS site more than I should have to. Have to go elsewhere for some forms.

I have used for years. Federal helps are great, but I only file state because of filing requirements. I don’t owe. Your cost to file it is a little too high for me.
