Federal return preparation was fairly easy to understand and I was comfortable that it was accurate. But the state return (South Carolina) had one entry that didn’t make sense and the underlying explanation was vague. I could not determine where the number came from and how it tied to the federal return preparation.

Software fails to provide usable, explanations for data entry blocks Point you to IRS publications and failed to provide any usable human. I readable explanations for many of the blocks. The only reason that I continue to use your software is that I used it before in other years and have tried the other three software’s on the market and yours is a less capable evil
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
