I bought this in December and am very happy with it. I filed my federal and state returns in February and received my federal refund a week after filing. The only problem I had was that it didn't import all my data from the 2024 return (probably my fault) and the AGI from 2024 showed up as 0 in the part where it needs to be entered at the end where I e-file to verify my identity. I was able to overwrite the data with the correct amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been doing my taxes with H&R Block for several years. The software "remembers" me by following last year's return, prompting me for information in kind. It gets easier each year. I received a form in the mail after filing and had to do an amended return, and even that wasn't so bad. The instructions are clear. It's great software for do it yourselfers.
