I have used this product for many years and have never had an audit or issue. Especially like the electronic filing which saves time. My federal refund is already a pending deposit when I just filed less than 2 weeks ago. Always easy to use.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Always disappointed that the State portion only creates and fills the forms but does Not include the cost of e-filing the State return. Given that in Colorado the State provides Free e-filing, I would hope H&R would have e-filed for free in Colorado. Other states may not support this, in which case asking a fee to file for you would be an acceptable added cost.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
