Purchased online. Took a short time to figure out how to download to Apple MAC computer. Worked nicely. I like being able to go back and forth, and to enter data out of sequence. Not totally intuitive how to exit programs. Overall, works fine.

The print function is horrible. I cannot print specific pages of my federal return. The state function does not print both sides and does not allow for printing a specific page.
