Been using H & R Block tax software for several years and it is a great product. Simple questions to answer to prepare your entire return from start to finish. Also use their state product which is just as great
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

This was my first experience with H & R Block and all went reasonably well. One frustration was inability to find any method, phone, address, email, to contact you. The AI help was not much help since whatever question was asked only had stock answers that really didn't apply. Once the Fed return was completed, there was no message about when the estimated tax detail would be available to complete Form 1040-ES.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this instead of TurboTax this year. I couldn't transfer anything from last year's forms to this software. The entire process was very different and not as user friendly as TurboTax.
