The filling out the software went well. After 3 weeks the IRS sent me a letter stating they needed more documentation. After spending 3 hours on thhe phone I found out what they needed. They required it to be faxed. All this is delaying my refund many weeks.

You can let it lead you through the program if you're a newbie, or skip the assist if you're a more experienced user.
