I have used H&R Block Deluxe tax software for several years and find it easy to use. My only disappoint is that it does not let me file my WV taxes online. I suspect that the problem has to do with the MV-1 form for claiming a tax credit for the taxes on my car.

Not great this year. So many glitches. Had to mail in my state refund because of the glitches. My son’s refund should have taken 5-10 minutes tops but took way longer because I have to keep refreshing the application. Not very happy with it this year
Cons: Time consuming

Easy to use and asks appropriate questions to get your federal return done correctly. I am only disappointed that the West Virginia return still has to be mailed if you include the Senior Citizen Tax Credit and the DMV credit forms.
