Software did the basic job, but had problems. When I entered numbers, it would randomly close the program and lose the data entered. The program is awkward to navigate, especially if you need to go back to change something or recheck entries. If you download a consolidated form from a brokerage, but want to enter individual funds for example, it would be nice to be reminded to remove the consolidated form or you'll end up paying double the taxes owed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
