Was unable to import 2024 tax file to 2025 program. Then once completed 2025 and filed Federal and CT state the 2025 tax file will not open and indicates it is also corrupted. Have used H&R software for years and this is the first time I've been unable to access my tax files after completion.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’d wait until April 15th to do my taxes if I couldn’t use H&R Block software. Instead, I file early February every year. I’ve been using Block software for over 10 years and it makes the process much easier. I always feel assured that my taxes are done correctly.

The first year I purchased your product due to disapointment Turbo Tax after over 20 years with them. Their product will not work on a PC unless it has win 11 on it. I did not care to upgrade to win 11 from 10 at this time. Another issue was I wanted a backup cd. Your product upgraded seamlessly and allowed me to transfer my tax files from my TT 2024 to your product. The format in which to use H&R blocks software was simple.In closing i would like to mention your product saved me money. Keep up the good work and I will be purchasing H&R Blocks tax program in the future.
