Always have to phone support to get state software

For the fourth year in a row I have had to contact support on the phone to actually get the state return program that I purchased in the deluxe federal and state software. I’m seriously considering going elsewhere for next year software. 😖

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I've used H&R Block tax software for 3 years now and everything went just fine. All the essentials transferred over from the prior year. A little disappointed that the State of Kansas charges us to file an electronically filed return but that's not your problem.
