Unlike Turbotax I keep my return. HR still buggy.

Its still buggy errors that are easily name address corrected when checked as such are not automatically repaired.
Unlike Turbo you share you tax return with a 3rd party that WILL eventually get hacked and have your entire financial data.

I've been using H&R tax software for a number of years. Easy to use with links to help when needed to explain items and guide to documentation. Quick and efficient; filed end of January and refund approved. Waiting for check, although it's unclear why when I specified direct deposit which has always worked in the past. That's on the IRS I guess.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I buy this software each year to do my son's taxes. Am quite use to using it.
The only issue is the state electronic refund cost. It's unreasonable high...the refund cost + transaction cost to deposit the money in a checking account. The cost was roughly 25% of the state tax refund...so we opted for a mailed check.
