software easy to follow except for OPM issue

I believe you have an error in your software when it involves Office of Personnel Management 1099's. You indicate to use block one of the 1099 when in fact, I believe it should be block 2. Block 2 is usually a lesser amount because taxes had already been paid previously for a portion of what is shown in block one.

You could enhance your product by including a few videos explaining the new changes in the Tax rules. Some people are more visual learners than just readers. You may wish to start with a video as well.

I bought this by accident after using TurboTax for 25 years and won't buy it again... My W-2 import did not capture the State withholding (a huge error) and the Windows interface is still fixed fonts that display extremely small on modern HD and 4K monitors. I had to change screen resolution on my monitor to avoid using a magnifying glass! Got the job done, but sorry, TurboTax blows H&R Block away on overall interface and reliability.

I download and use Block Tax software every year. It easily imports last year’s data for me to update. It no longer supports Windows 7 so I just migrated to wife’s computer with Windows 10.
