I've been using the H&R Block Tax Software for many years now. I believe it was called TaxCut when I started. The software has never let me down, it always provides an accurate return and find ways to save on taxes that I probably would never find. Thanks so much for the service, I'll see you next year!

Overall, pretty satisfied with this. Only things holding back from a 5-star review:
1) Price. And really, wouldn't mind that either except for having to pay extra for my State tax and then being dinged again to pay extra to actually file the State tax. And don't even get me started about trying to pay the State tax out of the Federal proceeds...that adds an even Bigger fee!
2) Final check at the end keeps flagging something about my W-2 having the same amount for Wages and for Social Security Wages (those wages you pay Social Security tax on). Well, they've ALWAYS been the same in past years...why does the software continually raise that as an issue?

Other than than, the program worked great. Filed return got rejected TWICE by the IRS, but it turned out to be an IRS issue, not H&R or mine.
Will probably continue to use this software going forward, unless the competitor comes in a whole lot cheaper!

I had a computer crash will lost all my 2024 tax info so was messy and difficult to load history this year---even with the help of Carbonite. Could not get it all back from you either
