Product is generally well done, however, as a mature User of TURBOTAX, the HRBLOCK product has limited capabilities to display and manage from Summary List Pages of Entry Topics, complicated by a limited correlation between Dialog Data Entry and precise Tax Form Field mode. Product performs well, but does not facilitate review, comparisons, correlations, or corrections, for average Users.
Pros: Fast

I no longer need to purchase a program, I can file for free. But i chose to get the program anyway, Easy to maitain records and import previous years data. Could use some improvement explaining certain areas,deductions,pensions,IRA's ,etc.

Went to send in my tax return and it was rejected. I made a mistake with the ID numbers, so I corrected it sent it in 5+ more times with the corrected ID and it was rejected everytime. Wanted my spouse AGI form last year or her ID number. First off we have always done Joint tax returns so there was no way to get the AGI and I put in the correct ID number. Still got rejected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
