It is difficult to download mutual fund tax forms into the software, it took me dozens of trials to download one group. It kept shutting down while downloading.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using the H&R Block software for some years now and I find it fairly easy to navigate. Though I still have trouble finding specifics if I need to go back and alter them. Other that this it is pretty easy to use.
