They should STOP CHARGING FOR STATE EFILE!!!

The accuracy revue tends to turn up non-problems. It's often difficult to figure out what they are talking about. I really resent the big charge for state efile.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Great software but extra costs are too high.

I bought the software back in October. I just finished my taxes and the software did a great job except for connecting to my institutions to import tax documents. Also, the cost of the Fed, State and filing fees are way too high.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Limited Use for People Who Work in Multiple Cities

Desktop software does not allow entry of more than 4 cities for local taxes withheld from W-2. With many workers, especially those in the construction industry working at multiple job sites during the year, it makes the software unusable. Should be able to add additional city rows as needed.

I think it's perfect tax software for a professional tax man to use, but as for my experience--an ordinary citizen--it's too complicated. Next year I'll do it all manually. No more tax software to struggle through!
