I've used the software for several years. The instructions are user-friendly, the audit review cautions are easy to navigate and correct. The program is well worth the money.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Cumbersome - But Seemingly Effective

Accuracy verification explanations leave a little to be desired. Finally figured out 2 of my 3 "errors", but did not come to understand the third. Required IRA distribution amount and actual distribution numbers, for me, were the same, but somehow that was an error to H&R.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having issue with import of 1099. After import had to correct cost basis in 3 transactions. It did not flow to form even though I had input correctly. Also, data verification kept telling me to correct an input that was correct. Annoying.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
