After downloading the first time I couldn't open it wouldn't allow me to enter the code!! I had to order a second copy and that has worked great as my prior years programs.

This product is fairly easy to use but I had trouble importing last year's taxes. I had to enter all my information again which took time. Hopefully next year it will import correctly.

I've been using this software for at least a decade. This was the worst version I've used. If I tried to download my W2 or other docs, it would crash. I eventually did most of the data entry manually.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a glitch in ability to view the product in a window upon initial download, but an update shortly thereafter remedied the issue. Easy to transfer information from one year to the next. Seems to have taken the information/inputs and performed the calculations appropriately. This year's version also seemed to have clearer explanations and questions to ensure the entries were correct and in the correct places.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
