I'm disappointed that I had to mail in my return due to being recently retired, with non-taxable social security income, and a 1099-R that was a rollover. This does not make sense to me, as I have been electronically filing my mother's return for years with no income, and no credits. I don't have faith in the postal system, and refuse to pay high cost of other alternative shipping options. However, I was pleased with the information provided by the Help-AI tool. Although, I also am not a fan of the progression of AI.

Error checking problem

The software works great EXCEPT: I cannot file electronically because the error checking program says that my spouses AGI doesn't match last years, which makes no sense because we're filing jointly, and it DOES match. Also it says the PIN is wrong, which it isn't, I always use the same one.
