i have used HR Block for several years and like it.
However this year I could not find a way to enter my CA 540ES payments. I spent a very long time trying to find a way, including HR Block chat and by phone. I finally gave up and "overrode" the zero amount with the correct amount. Overriding prevented me from e-filing.

Fix form 1095-a error so we can file our taxes!

COuld not file taxes b/c your product errors for form 1095-a (does not recognize data properly listed in form columns). Please check it out....the problem is expressed online all over the place.....and fix it, asap.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
