It gave me the five free federal e-files as well as a state e-file for the best price that I could find. The tax software was what I needed for my tax situation. I’ve used this software for years, now 3 years in a row my refund has been delayed! What the heck is going on. Now my state refund is being delayed also!

Seemed to be a bit more tedious this year. Perhaps I’m getting too old to be doing my own taxes. One question confused me for a bit. In the filing sections a caution popped up for me to make sure my AGI in 2025 matched my AGI from 2024. I went down the rabbit hole on that one then realized that the AGI never matches from year to year. Don’t understand the need for that bit of drama.
