I have been using your program for years and have been very happy with it. Couple of things I wish were included. 1) a summary of changes from year to year would be helpful to us at home tax preparers. 2) I'd like the ability to purchase just a few more electronic submissions if it was priced reasonably.

I could not get 2024 H&R files to load into this years 2025 software. Using the software for atleast 10 years, and hadn't happen before. This alone could cause me to look for new programs next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It did the job but I found the software a but clunky. The software said it did a review and found no issues, but then when I went to file, it found issues, which I found odd. Instead of directing you to the specific issue, it told you how to get there. My taxes were approved so mission accomplished, but again, it was clunky.

It would be nice to be able to use my own PDF software instead of HRB trying to upsell their PDF software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
