I have used H & R Block tax programs several times and have been satisfied with the format and results. However, it would be helpful to be able to go back to where I left off in entering data instead of starting over again.

Unable to download my Financials from my Brokerage account. I have downloaded this information for the last few years, but this year... Not able. Contacted the help desk, and Unable to help. They also never called me back as promised. I wasted my money and time this year. I will try another company next year.

I like the software but I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay to e-file the state taxes. For the price I paid it should also be free. Also, when are you guys going to make a Linux version?
